Well organised, friendly and polite. Explains everything to you, offers advice but doesn’t pressure sell. Cost varies on choice of glasses, lenses etc. Very clean and hygiene conscious. Brilliant service.

Visited for the first time with my son last week. Due to a bad experience in the past my son has not had eye drops in for almost 2 years as he wouldn’t let anyone do it.

I can’t express how patient and amazing the staff were. My son was so upset and worked up but the lady on reception came in and was absolutely amazing in helping and assisting. My son soon calmed down and had his drops in. I could of cried, I was that happy.

The optometrist was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly to me and we did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend and I can’t thank them enough for an amazing service that they gave me and my son!         ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have always found Irfan to be welcoming, friendly and polite. He has shown a positive attitude to finding a solution to my eye problems. It is a clean tidy place to visit. Irfan is a good listener, will test the eyes fully with no rush and give a clear explanation of needs. His advice is freely given without pressure and he does not prescribe glasses or amendments unless such are fully justified and will improve matters. Irfans attention to detail is striking and phone/email contact is returned promptly ( e g should he be engaged with another patient ) The service overall is excellent I readily rate him the best that I have consulted in fifty years of eye issues.I recommend him and urge you to share the benefits.

Friendly and professional service. Top notch.

For the first time in years I can thread the needle on my sewing machine- it’s crystal clear! I was very impressed by the service received at Souten and Agyemang, the most thorough eye test followed by lots of help and advice with my new frames. I would totally recommend. Thankyou all so much.

Was blown away with the service my two daughters and nephew received. They were nervous when they arrived but this soon disappeared.
A thorough examination from Irfan. His experience and skills were evident from the start. The glasses my daughter got are superb and she loves them. Would recommend to anyone who wants a personally tailored experience.
